Your Role and Responsibilities
Are you passionate about creating an impactful employee experience for organizations undergoing a digital transformation? We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled ServiceNow Architect to join our Employee Workflows Consulting team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of HR applications, including leading HCM solutions, and the ability to oversee technical implementations of ServiceNow Employee Workflows. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow HRSD certifications and experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is future-focused and has a keen eye for disruptive opportunities in areas such as Gen AI, Automation, Skills Intelligence, and more. Responsibilities: Lead technical implementations of ServiceNow Employee Workflows, including assessing client requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the implementation project. Collaborate with clients to understand their HR processes and identify areas for improvement, developing solutions that align with their strategic goals. Work closely with our pre-sales team to support sales efforts and provide technical guidance to clients. Develop and maintain technical assets and accelerators, including leading practices around HR architecture, design documents, and deployment guides. Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in HR technology, including emerging technologies such as Gen AI, Automation, and Skills Intelligence. Collaborate with other members of the process and experience team to develop innovative offerings that meet client needs and promote business growth. Provide thought leadership and expertise to clients and internal teams, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in HR transformations using leading technology. Requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow HRSD, including experience in a lead or architect role. Strong understanding of HR processes and leading HCM solutions Proven experience in designing and implementing technical solutions that meet client requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and outside the box. ServiceNow HRSD certifications (ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD, ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect - HRSD)
