The Role

As the Sr. Manager of Change Management, you will be part of a team that is responsible for helping Fidelity Brokerage achieve its talent strategy objectives by applying an engagement and change management lens to large scale strategic initiatives.

In this role, you ll support HR initiatives and partner across the HR leadership team. You ll own the development and execution of tactical plans that drive a superior, cohesive change and engagement experience for the full range of Brokerage stakeholders, including executives, people leaders and associates.

Listening to and learning from our associates is critical, enabling continuous feedback loops, assisting in the coordination of executive site visits and conducting user feedback sessions will be an important part of the role. You will work closely with key partners in Communications, Line HR, Workforce Strategy & Planning, Talent and Learning, and more.



The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • B.A. or B.S. degree in communication, design, marketing, or a related field, a PROSCI change management certification a plus
  • Authentic communicator with exceptional story-telling skills
  • Able to take a complex topic and make it relevant, relatable, and easy to understand in both written communications/memos and PowerPoint presentations
  • Outstanding collaboration and project management skills
  • You re an expert change management strategist with strong communications skills who understands human behavior and uses that knowledge to influence, shape and deliver campaigns and strategies that have substantial impact.
  • You have the ability to build trusted relationships and create compelling engagement, change and communication plans
  • You enjoy organizational change management and are interested in growing your skills and experience in this space; always thinking of creative ways to help associates understand, adopt and adapt to change
  • You are a strong advocate for engaging and driving collaboration within teams and understand how to contribute and champion a diverse and inclusive work environment.
  • You are able to analyze data to design solutions and to measure their impact.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs.
