Sr Hybrid Cloud Platform Engineer with Security Clearance

Overview Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Senior Hybrid Cloud Platform Engineer on a 10 year contract providing User Facing and Data Center Services supporting an Intelligence Community customer. All the personnel on the team will work together to support innovative design, engineering, procurement, implementation, operations, sustainment and disposal of user facing and data center information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, to support the IC mission. The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally. Responsibilities O&M of existing Red Hat OpenShift environment across multiple security domains in both Cloud and datacenter (vSphere) environments Supports OpenShift operators and frameworks including Crossplane, Kyverno, RedHat GitOps Deploys OpenShift to new sites as they come online Works with internal and external teams to understand integration requirements and scale existing platforms to meet them Works with Security to ensure ongoing compliance and develop secure solutions Supports data services including RabbitMQ, Redis, PostgreSQL, Elastic Stack Compiles detailed documentation Qualifications Clearance Required: Active or Reinstateable TS/SCI required with ability to pass a CI Poly Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming, Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline. 5+ years Developer experience Required Certifications: Meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II requirements including one of the following: Security+ CE, CND, SSCP, GSEC, GICSP, CySA+, or CCNA Desired Certifications: Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Desired Skills: Experience deploying and managing RedHat OpenShift in a cloud and/or vSphere environment Experience with Amazon Web Services Python, Shell scripting, Git (desired) Linux distributions: RHEL/RHCOS, CentOS CI/CD orchestration tools: GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitOps Container technology: Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Native Computing Foundation ecosystem in general About Abile Group, Inc.
