Job Details

We are currently seeking a Permanent Sr. Financial Reporting Accounting Manager with a solid background in Big 4/Next 4 accounting firm and industry financial reporting experience. This role is crucial to our corporations financial operations, offering an opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's financial health. As a Sr Financial Reporting Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our financial reporting processes, managing internal reporting, stock materials, audit materials, monthly close, and SEC reporting. Your expertise in these areas will help us maintain our financial integrity and transparency.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead the preparation and submission of quarterly and annual reports in preparation for an IPO.
2. Manage and coordinate quarterly financial reviews and the annual audit process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Conduct technical accounting and SEC reporting research to stay updated on industry standards and changes in regulations.
4. Prepare and present technical white papers on complex accounting topics to management and the audit committee.
5. Oversee EBITDA calculations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial reporting standards.
6. Manage the application and maintenance of XBRL tags in our financial reporting.
7. Prepare and file Form 10-K and 10-Q reports, ensuring compliance with SEC regulations.
8. Oversee SOX compliance efforts, ensuring that our financial operations adhere to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
9. Manage internal reporting, stock materials, audit materials, and monthly close processes.
10. Use your Workiva experience to streamline and improve our financial reporting processes.

Qualifications:
1. 10+ years of work experience with a combination of Big 4/Next 4 accounting firm and industry financial reporting.
2. Proven experience with Workiva.
3. Experience with the preparation of quarterly and annual reports in preparation for an IPO.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate quarterly financial reviews and annual audits.
5. Strong knowledge and experience in technical accounting and SEC reporting research.
6. Proven ability to prepare and present technical whitepapers.
7. Solid experience with EBITDA calculations.
8. Experience with XBRL tags and their application in financial reporting.
9. Proven ability to prepare and file Form 10-K and 10-Q.
10. Strong experience overseeing SOX compliance efforts.
11. Must have strong experience managing internal reporting, stock materials, audit materials, monthly close, and SEC reporting.
12. CPA certification is preferred but not required.
13. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
15. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
