You will be responsible for a wide range of financial duties, including financial reporting, preparing balance sheets, and assisting with private equity matters. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Job Details

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Permanent Sr. Financial Analyst position will have the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
2. A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, or a similar role. Experience in the sales industry is a plus.
3. Proven experience with financial planning and analysis (FP&A), preparing balance sheets, and financial reporting.
4. Experience with funding from private equity and/or venture capital is highly desirable.
5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
7. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
8. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
9. A proactive and independent worker, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
