Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Finance and Business Systems Analyst to join our Financial Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Core Financial Systems for our organization. You will work closely with finance, IT, and business teams to understand their needs and ensure that the financial systems meet the companys goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

•  Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Core Financial Systems.
•  Lead the design, development, and implementation of Core Financial Systems using Workday or Oracle.
•  Work with finance, IT, and business teams to ensure the financial systems meet their needs and support the companys goals and objectives.
•  Collaborate with the project team to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
•  Participate in Agile or Waterfall methodology-based software development processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
•  Lead system testing and user acceptance testing, ensuring that the systems are deployed with high quality.
•  Support the financial systems after implementation, providing maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
•  Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies related to Core Financial Systems.

Qualifications

•  Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
•  5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Core Financial Systems
•  Strong experience with Workday, Oracle, or PeopleSoft financial systems implementation
•  Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
•  Experience in retail is a plus
•  Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on data analysis and process improvement
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•  Must be authorized to work in the United States
