Job Details

Responsibilities:

Final accountability for project performance and success
Manage payment status and collections and administrative duties on assigned projects
Manage project budgets and breakdown labor task codes for internal tracking
Maintain professionalism while interfacing with customer and office on major administrative issues
Manage and negotiate change orders
Manage and review monthly job projections
Manage and track RFIs and submittals and document responses
Manage purchasing directives of major buyout items and subcontractors
Attend jobsite meetings as required and walk with foreman a minimum of once a week
Establish, track, and maintain project schedule and negotiate issues and conflicts
Assist Foreman with methods and materials
Establish/prepare/implement kick off meetings
Final accountability for the field detailing team/constructability
Timely interaction with executive level management
Manage and provide direction for project support staff
Promotes new work opportunities

Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of total experience in managing all aspects of electrical projects, including projects larger than $3 million
Strong technical understanding of materials and methods used in the installation of electrical projects
A good attitude and the ability to work in a team environment
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Dependable and punctual
Customer focused
Strong leadership, organizational, and motivational skills
Ability to manage proper company confidentiality
Manage customer relationships, project performance, and communication between field and office
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently as needed
Field experience (not required, but added benefit)
Strong computer skills - expert level with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office suite, and Spectrum
