Role reports to: Global Head, Strategy & Capabilities Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025. Travel %: 10 Pay: Anticipated Base Salary of $160,000 to $276,000 What you will do The Sr. Director, Global HCP Engagement, leads both brand-building and omnichannel deployment capabilities across Kenvue global brands, in line with Kenvue's Science of Brand Growth. The Sr. Director articulates the vision and roadmap for driving Healthcare Professional Marketing effectiveness, and is accountable for driving improvement in HCP share of recommendation, HCP recommendation rank, HCP ROI, HCP Reach, and HCP 1st Party Data acquisition. This role responsible for improving the HCP content and communication, serving these critical audiences, with best-in-class strategies and capabilities, and ensuring the quality, timeliness, and cost-effective implementation of all HCP marketing programs. The Sr. Director establishes and improves content effectiveness best practices and efficient and streamlined ways of working. This role will define the HCP Marketing investment model and global measurement framework, ROI impact, and agile performance metrics. The Sr. Director will develop and deliver a roadmap to markets, including maturity and readiness, as well as a landscape assessment. This role works with the global brand leads and local HCP Marketing leads to define needs, identify opportunities and pilots, and deploy scalable strategies and execution standards, including critical metrics. This role requires an experienced business leader who has built effective teams, collaborated cross-functionally and with external partners to create a significant shift in organizational capability. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of global HCP engagement strategies that align with the company's overall objectives and goals Collaborate with cross-functional and global brand teams to ensure the successful implementation of HCP engagement initiatives Provide leadership and guidance to the HCP teams, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the company's OKRs, ways of working and best practices Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and other stakeholders in the industry Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices for HCP engagement, and incorporate them into the company's strategies and tactics Establish budgets, investment and measurement models to demonstrate impact over time Ensure that all HCP engagement initiatives are compliant with relevant regulations and guidelines Analyze performance against leading and lagging metrics, and present findings to senior management Resolve policy or performance issues across global brand teams, and local markets What we are looking for Required Qualifications A BA/BS degree is required; a Master's in business or marketing specialization preferred A minimum of 10 years of experience - marketing, sales or related experience is required Strong track record of HCP omnichannel and digital transformation in Consumer Healthcare or Rx businesses, with strong P&L foundation and technological literacy Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and programs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ability to think strategically and creatively, and to develop innovative solutions to complex problems Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making Life science degree and/or HCP or RX marketing background (able to interact with R&D and understand HCP's needs) Proven leadership ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams across a matrix organization Exceptional business communication skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex messages to diverse audiences Demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully and build relationships with internal teams, suppliers and agencies Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver innovative business cases and models Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, including the application of data, tools and creative to drive action Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with brand teams and agency ecosystem. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
