Sr Design Ops Specialist

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Sr Design Ops Specialist for our premier client in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Education and Experience
- University (Degree) Preferred.
- Work Experience: 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Agile routines, including daily standups, sprint planning and retrospectives for creative development planning and execution.
- Own Journey delivery and manage one or more cross-functional teams by conducting prioritization discussions and organizing design, content, research and accessibility deliverables.
- Develop and evolve strategies designed to optimize Design Office operations and performance.
- Collaborate and coordinate with technology partners, internal SMEs and vendors as needed to understand cross-project dependencies.
- Resource and capacity management to align talent with demand, balancing delivery and innovation.
- Support process development initiatives to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and governance of internal processes.
- Proactively identify risks and recommend alternative solutions when planned schedule is jeopardized.
- Advocate for UX and overall client experience.
- Foster a culture of creativity, inclusivity and collaboration.
