Sr Data Scientist / Mapping Analyst

•  Looking for a senior data resource to assist with Case Management Platform transition project. We are moving from Jiva to MHK. This team will need to determine the mapping of data fields from the old to new system, as well as determine definition mapping, gap analysis of fields/data/definitions, and other activities relating to moving to a new system.
•  There is currently a database / datamart built on Jiva, which might need to be rebuilt entirely.
•  This person will be very hands on, pulling data, analyzing, and figuring out the logic.
•  They should be a curious and deeply analytical individual.
•  They should be capable of working without much direction, and able to speak up and ask if they dont know something.
•  They need SQL, SAS, and Python.
•  There are technical partners to do the building. This person needs to be more of the "logic" person than the builder (e.g. how to redo the logic to get the same output.)
•  Core skills are mapping data, understanding gap analysis, taking apart what is in place, looking at new definitions, and comparing data sets. Nice to Have
•  Visualization experience
•  Health Insurance Industry experience
