Qualifications
• Prior experience in a customer service role or similar position

• As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service
• You will communicate with customers via phone and email to answer questions, provide information, and address concerns
• Additionally, you will enter and maintain accurate customer information in the system, process policy changes, and collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
