Position Overview
Hands on quality customer service member at the sr level that is a key component in the professional relationship with our partners. The primary responsibilities of the Sr Customer Service Rep include directing job assignments, developing and delivering training materials to ensure team success. As a member of Pic the Gift leadership, this position is responsible for modeling a professional attitude towards other employees while recognizing the responsibility to communicate the importance of quality partner care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with our current customers to solve issues and resolve any problems that may have occurred with the products we shipped.
Ability to manage most of the customer service via email, with strong communication skills.
Work with production and shipping to make sure our customers are receiving their products on time.
Work with the management team to ensure all aspects of the customer experience is being addressed.
Proficient knowledge of the refund and return process
Ability to address wholesale account requests
Capable of addressing escalated customer concerns
Onboarding with partners as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to coach, train and develop talent from within your team.
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Systems (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Familiarity with photoshop, scheduling software, and ERP systems.
SAP and Shipstation experience is a plus
