What we're looking for:

InStride is looking for a Sr. Content Strategy Specialist to develop and drive our content strategy for our learner engagement efforts. This is an exciting growth opportunity to partner with our Engagement, Design, and Product teams to help learners become aware of, engage with and participate in corporate partner education programs.

Who you are:
  • 3+ years experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or a similar role.
  • Success developing and executing strategies for multimedia assets and product content integration
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives with a track record for consistently meeting deadlines
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative to tackle new challenges and propose creative solutions
  • Driven by curiosity with a passion for learning and exploring new ideas to drive continuous improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Skilled at facilitating and enabling people to collaborate with each other
  • Excited by the challenge of building a premier business that delivers not only high revenue growth and compelling return on investment, but also has a substantial impact on society
  • Exposure to the functioning of higher education institutions through direct experience or affiliation with the education industry
  • High EQ, comfort with ambiguity and a "no job too small" startup mentality
  • Ability to receive and provide effective feedback with a growth mindset
How you will create impact:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive, audience-centric content strategy in collaboration with the Manager, Strategic Initiatives, leveraging a diverse range of multimedia assets to captivate learners and guide them through the awareness and consideration phases
  • Develop our editorial calendar to drive a content strategy that is amplified through our B2B2C marketing efforts
  • Create a multimedia content map that considers various content formats such as written, static visuals and video
  • Collaborate with our internal design team and freelancers for various content initiatives
  • Own and optimize performance metrics (engagement and conversion) for content
  • Support additional marketing initiatives across paid media, email and social campaigns
