Job Description

To meet the diverse needs of customers across various industries and applications, KIOXIA is seeking a Sr. Business Development Manager. The Sr. Business Development Manager will lead the development and expansion of KIOXIA's three significant Memory product lines, SLC Memory, OEM segment and Automotive. The ideal candidate will lead a team involved in all aspects of marketing, and will drive and grow business for KIOXIA'S's products, identifying new applications and markets, providing customer feedback to shape future products and roadmaps, negotiating pricing, and managing any challenges that arise with ingenuity and determination to help solve them.

Responsibilities:

Lead, champion, and enhance the growth of KIOXIA's strategic SLC and Automotive product lines.

Responsible for leading product line strategy, including related to promotion, product, pricing and product placement, supported by the continuous acquisition of knowledge from the voice of customers and analysts about target markets, and understanding the competitive landscape.

Develop mid-term plans, budgets and maintain forecasts for senior management review.

Review and negotiate contracts and non-disclosure agreements.

Support the skill development of direct report employees on your team.

Manage customer elevations and problem resolutions.

Regularly work with colleagues in Japan, KIOXIA'S overseas companies, Sales and other departments to help resolve issues and expand KIOXIA'S's business.

Develop in-depth technical understanding of the products to the extent appropriate in understanding their business implications, to enhance decision making.

Support the creation and presentation of promotional material which showcase the benefits and technology of KIOXIA'S's SLC and Automotive products.

Conduct persuasive and informative presentations to customers, executive management and others.

Support PR and Marcom activities for outbound marketing, including related to press releases, website development, tradeshows, and other promotional activity.

Regular travel required: 20% (domestic and international).
