Description
Responsible for all testing related activities plus development of context sensitive help screens for these applications and others: DLMS (Distributed List Management System) - a system that allows OMH to hire people for high-turnover positions, without going through the standard civil service procedures. PCS (Patient Characteristics Survey) - a system that all OMH funded local providers must use every 2 years to update information about the patients they serve. Plus, other projects as needed.
Duties
- Develop and maintain automated regression tests using UFT (Unified Functional Testing) and Selenium WebDriver with Java and .Net Core for multiple applications using frameworks such as Open2Test, keyword-driven on various browsers.
- Create, manage, and maintain on-line context-sensitive help system for multiple applications using RoboHelp 2019.
- Design GUI for applications that ensure consistent usability and functionality for business owners.
- Analyse business needs and create user acceptance tests and appropriate documentation.
- Test various types of applications both manually and using automation testing tools (UFT 14.52, QTP, Selenium WebDriver), perform functional, integration, regression, system, and ADA compliance (using WAVE, NVDA), performance (using LoadRunner, Silk Performer) and ad-hoc testing.
- Be involved in designing, developing, and executing the entire QA process, including documentation of test plans, test cases and test scripts for various web applications. Also testing of applications on desktop and mobile devices.
- Participate in daily scrum meetings to support agile methodology that is used for system development, triaging of defects and enhancements, and maintaining defect logs.

- Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.

- 84 months experience creating, maintaining, and running automation/regression tests with Selenium WebDriver with .Net Core 2.0/Java for various browsers.
- 84 months experience with UFT (Unified Functional Testing) and QTP (Quick Test Professional) testing tools using Open2Test framework.
- 84 months experience in creating and implementing test Parallelization, developing test strategy, test plans, build test suites and automation framework, which is adaptable, modular, scalable, and reusable by multiple applications on multiple platforms including mobile devices (android and IOS devices).
- 84 months experience creating, maintaining, and participating in performance testing using LoadRunner and Web accessibility testing using tools - JAWS, WAVE and NVDA.
- 84 months experience using ALM QC and Jira for managing and maintaining test cases, running tests, reviewing test results, and tracking defects.
- 84 months experience creating on-line context sensitive help using RoboHelp or another tool.
- 84 months experience creating test documents for user acceptance testing (UAT), participating in UAT, experience coordinating/tracking/analysing by working directly with business analysts, technical subject matter experts and end users.
- 72 months experience working on a scrum team and participating in scrum activities, updating the Jira Scrum/Kanban board regularly.
- 72 months experience using Team Foundation Server and SharePoint.
- 72 months experience working with applications and data that contain Protected Health Information (PHI) covered by HIPAA regulations within a health care environment.
