OVERVIEW:


The Senior Systems Analyst will play a critical role in our supply chain's strategic initiative transitioning from our legacy Warehouse Management System (WMS) to a cloud-based platform. The role will primarily focus on supporting large scale technology projects by analyzing existing Manhattan systems, specifically WMS and TMS, and identifying optimization opportunities. The role will be highly collaborative, interacting with multiple supply chain teams as well as external tech vendors, DSG Tech, and product teams.


This position will be based at our Corporate Office in Coraopolis, PA or at one of our DC locations (Atlanta, GA; Conklin, NY; Goodyear, AZ; Plainfield, IN; Smithton, PA)


Next Gen Systems - Active WMS

  • Act as core team member, advocating for DC operations, contribute from design to delivery phases.

  • Support the Sr PM in overseeing implementation across the supply chain network, ensuring successful implementation and integration of the new system.

  • Support in communicating complex project information and progress in a clear and concise manager with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support the rollout of change management plan across the DCs.


Next Gen Systems - Active TMS

  • Support the TMS team on as-needed basis during discovery and design.

  • Familiarize with current TMS platform, high level understanding


Supply Chain Strategy

  • Support the identification of opportunities, evaluate the feasibility of projects, and ensure new projects align with the supply chain mission statement and DICK'S 3.0 pillars.

  • Collaborate with teammates and build relationships with business stakeholders to further supply chain's product and technical roadmaps.


Warehouse Management Support - Legacy and Next Gen

  • Awareness and high-level involvement in legacy warehouse management system (WMS) releases, configuration testing efforts, and implementation into the production environment.

  • Support the System Admin, Tech, and IT teams as needed to continually improve on operating procedures, maximize system efficiencies, and eliminating future issues.


Continuous Improvement

  • Build and maintain relationships with Analysts, Systems Administrators, and DC Support Technicians to develop their understanding of the Manhattan Warehouse Management System and other Manhattan applications used within Supply Chain.

  • Participate in Individual Development Plans to identify growth opportunities vertically and horizontally.



QUALIFICATIONS:





  • Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain Management, Information Systems
  • 5-7 years experience

  • Manhattan Associates Supply Chain systems
    (WMS, TMS, LMS, YMS)

  • Knowledge of Supply Chain end to end flow

  • Skilled at handling multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously

  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills including the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization

  • Ability to craft Standard Operating Procedures, Training Materials, and other documents

  • Ability to analyze and manage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
