Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Sr. Analyst to partner with functional areas to identify opportunities and lead the implementation of digital and analytics solutions. Develop application knowledge, business context, and translate business processes spanning multiple areas into technical terms. Develop and quantify business cases to provide input on roadmaps and measure the value gained from solutions. Lead the delivery and support of digital solutions and ensure that systems remain in a validated state and manage their lifecycle through releases, recapitalization, and retirement.


Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of experience in business intelligence. Experience must include a minimum of: 3 years of experience with information security or cyber security; 3 years of experience with computer system validation; 3 years of experience analyzing manufacturing business processes and converting into IT requirements/solutions; 3 years of experience working on projects involving statistical methods and modeling techniques for forecasting and trend analysis; 3 years of experience working and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, finance, or R&D and 3 years of experience with Denodo, PowerBI, SQL, and Tableau. Part time telecommuting may be permitted.
