Our client is one of the biggest names in the recycling industry, specializing in recycling consumer electronics, circuit boards, and other household items. We are searching for a smart and diligent Sr Account Manager to join our client's office, located in the city of Fresno.
You will be responsible for working alongside the key sales team and managing the high-profile customer accounts, to ensure that our client is meeting their commitments and the MSA requirements.
You will also:
Lead a team of Relationship assistants, review projects, and manage the workload.
Assist with the onboarding of complex accounts.
Guide your accounts to increase revenue, efficiency, and retainment rate.
Quote customers.
Assist with Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and send the reviews to management.
Resolve any billing, logistics, or reporting issues from your customers.
Act as a liaison between the field and operations, working with the Sales Support to track jobs to completion.
Utilize their portal, Optech, to address service-level agreements if needed.
Walk through reporting to ensure all information is being provided accordingly.
Coordinate international pickups.
Participate in sales calls.
Other key duties may be assigned.
This is a full-time, direct-hire position. First shift, from 8 am to 4:30 pm. Monday to Friday.
You will be trained on how to utilize their platforms.
