Job Description:

Manage SharePoint Online, associated team sites, and workflows along with OneDrive (Collaboration Services)

Create and manage Hub sites, 365 Teams, and OneDrive; develop requisite training materials and knowledge base articles to assist end users with common problems.

Assist with the development and management of Executive Dashboards to provide real-time access to critical performance data and metrics.

Assist with general IT systems management, tuning, and optimization.

Collaborate with fellow team members to resolve complex technical issues.

Proactively research issues and help develop solutions.

Develop internal SharePoint governance and other standard operating procedure documentation and end-user training materials.

Help develop standard configuration templates, processes, and procedures.

Proactively monitor collaboration services for capacity and availability issues.

Enforce corporate cyber security controls, directives, and policies.

Perform troubleshooting and triage of Collaboration Services connectivity-related issues.

Provide support for end-user issues associated with collaboration services.

Participate in the design, documentation, testing, evaluation, implementation, and training of new systems or applications.

Deliver desk-side training and support to users in person or through remote technology tools.

Provide technical guidance and assistance to other IS administrators.
