Job Title: Cash Applications Specialist As the Accounts Receivable Cash Applications Specialist, your primary function will be to apply cash or electronic customer payments to the related Accounts Receivable customer open invoices. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following: Post payments to outstanding accounts, balance and verify correct payment applications, research and resolve unidentified payments, research and apply incoming wire transfers to correct accounts, and maintain various spreadsheets supporting cash entries Work with the sales staff at our Contact Center and Retail Stores to resolve customer account issues Research payment application issues Maintain records, paperwork and filing system Open Accounts Receivable mail and distribute Fold, envelope, and label outgoing invoices and statement Additional duties as assigned.
