Grail is hiring for a Website Operations Specialist.

You will report to the Digital Marketing Operations Associate Director and work closely with them on existing and new initiatives related to our GRAIL website and product website. You will also collaborate closely with other team members across our commercial team.

This position is located in Menlo Park, CA and on hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
  • Website Maintenance: Assist with day-to-day operations of website, ensuring functionality, performance, and responsiveness.
  • Stakeholder Requirements Collection: Collect and document design and content requirements with stakeholders in ticketing system for execution by web development team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and IT, to align website strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Content Management: Review and update website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand guidelines. Assist with creating assets for internal compliance review.
  • SEO Optimization: Assist with SEO strategies to enhance the website's visibility and ranking on search engines.
  • User Experience (UX): Enhance user experience by monitoring and improving website navigation, design, and overall usability.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Review web analytics to track website traffic, user behavior, and key performance indicators.
  • Security and Compliance: Monitor security and privacy measures to protect the website from potential threats. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and present content strategy to engage users and support marketing initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent and 2+ years work experience.
  • Proficient in web content management systems (e.g., Wordpress).
  • Proficient in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Craft CMS, JIRA, Asana and basic web development languages are a plus.
  • Experience as a website specialist or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.



The expected, full-time, annual base pay scale for this position is $91,000 to $107,000. Actual base pay will consider skills, experience, and location.

Based on the role, colleagues may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance, or an incentive plan. We also offer a long-term incentive plan to align company and colleague success over time.
