Additional information about the company can be found online at . We are currently looking for a Specialist, Cyber Security for our Houston, TX or Owensboro, KY office. POSITION DESCRIPTION: Boardwalk has an immediate opportunity for an OT Cybersecurity Specialist to join our organization in the Houston or Owensboro office. Reporting directly to the OT Cybersecurity Supervisor, this position will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and resilience of our operational technology (OT) infrastructure. As an OT Cybersecurity Specialist, this role will be responsible for implementing and maintaining robust cybersecurity measures across our OT systems. Additionally, they will occasionally assist with the deployment of technology components related to physical security. This includes ensuring the proper configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of cameras and badge access systems, thereby enhancing the overall security posture of our organization. Working closely with the OT Cybersecurity Supervisor and cross-functional teams, the OT Cybersecurity Specialist will contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies. By leveraging their expertise in both OT cybersecurity and networking knowledge, they will help protect our critical operations from cyber threats and unauthorized access. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who can successfully bridge the gap between cybersecurity and operational field technology. This role requires a deep understanding of OT environments, cybersecurity best practices, automation, and measurement technologies. REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE: Technical skills: Deep understanding of the safe operation of pipeline assets Ability to understand the OT components of key groups such as Automation, Engineering, Measurement and Communications Good knowledge of OT security issues (legacy systems, attacks, vulnerabilities, protocol abuse ) Understanding of security relevant logs and architectures Soft skills: Excellent communication skills (oral and written) Ability to work in teams (openness, interpersonal) Adaptability to different environments & technologies Priority management 5+ years of industry experience Direct experience working in operational environments PREFERRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE: Experience with process automation Hands on experience with field communication and networking components SCADA/OT experience Hands on knowledge of OT security and logging Incident Response knowledge Experience with TSA Security Directives Working experience with Fortinet / Cisco REQUIRED EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in a computer related field CISSP, GIAC certifications ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Boardwalk Pipelines, LP maintains a drug-free workplace and will require pre-employment drug & substance abuse testing before hire.
