Title: Specialist I, HR Planning and Analytics Reports to: Sr HR Manager Location: Holland, MI LG Energy Solution Michigan Inc. (LGESMI) develops and manufactures large lithium-ion polymer batteries and packs for electric vehicle (EV) and energy storage applications. Come join the leader in advanced EV batteries. Summary This position maintains HR analytical tools, reporting, and dashboards, including data to support HR analytics needs and ensuring accuracy and consistency of key data sets, reports, and metrics. This position is responsible for working with the COE leaders to compile, enter, and analyze data from a variety of sources. Responsibilities: + Support the development of a headcount business plan and deliver it to HQ + Implement approved headcount plan and make updates as necessary + Clean and manage employee roster for all of LG SMI + Extract and analyze raw data and deliver to stakeholders in various departments + Integrate multiple data sets into easy-to-use dashboards for HR and Business leadership + Analyze employee data for trend analysis and actionable insights + Maintain HR index and update monthly + Deliver accurate end-of-month roster update: Extract, clean, and match up data + Monitor and analyze turnover rates, headcount, average salary, demographics, etc. + Provide data to non-English-speaking parties + Provide KPI for HR and create graphs for posting + Gather accurate data for compensation and benefits + Update organizational chart + Manage invoices (e.g., benefits and compensation, vendors) + Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection to meet all regulatory and company expectations + Collaborate with IT developers to develop and maintain any reporting environments + Coordinate with team members to identify opportunities and make recommendations to move manual process to system generated workflow design + Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards: + Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain + Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container + Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field required or equivalent relevant experience + Certification in Excel preferred Experience: + 1 to 3+ years of related experience + At least 1 year of experience with Excel and report-making + Experience with use of ADP and Success Factors (preferred) Skills: + Strong Excel Skills + Strong analytical skills + MS Office Suite + Communication + Time management + Multi-tasking + High attention to detail Benefits Overview + 100% employer paid Medical, Dental, and Vision premium for you and your family + 100% employer-paid disability and life insurance + Employer supported childcare/babysitting programs + Generous Paid Time Off / Holidays + Opportunity to grow in diverse work environment with a global company + 401k Retirement savings and planning with generous company match LGESMI is an Equal Opportunity employer that values the diversity of its workforce.
