Overview The Space Planning & Design Project Manager is responsible for creating interior plans and coordination of finishes and furniture among the various Corporate campuses. This position will create interior renovation plans to accommodate employee relocation projects. In addition, this position will support the design efforts for the Construction Specialist and Space Planning & Design Manager for new construction and remodeling of Corporate facilities, and other special projects as needed. This position is located at our Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO, with a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities We are hiring now for an immediate opening. Responsibilities include: Create interior design plans in AutoCAD for new locations or reconfigure existing Corporate locations. Manage small projects for furniture reconfigurations and acquisitions. This will include, but is not limited to the oversight of the furniture dealership, installer, data & electric vendor, etc. Work with Space Planning and Design Occupancy Specialist to ensure accurate monthly drawings to support the employee database and reporting of occupancy Work with HR to address any ergonomic requests. Evaluate the need and provide options for a solution using various seating, keyboard and desk options. Obtain proper documentation and forward to HR upon completion. Maintain the AutoCAD drawing library for accuracy of installed furniture inventory. Perform various other duties as assigned by the Space Planning and Design Manager Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor's Degree Two (2+) years of successful experience in space planning, project management, move management or related field Intermediate level AutoCAD/Revit experience Must have a valid driver's license with no alcohol or drug related event within the last 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the last 3 years Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future Preferred: Interior design certification (NCIDQ) Commercial furniture experience Integrated Workspace Management System (IWMS) experience Competency Based: Results-Oriented Working with a Team Planning and Organizing Problem Solving Communication Flexibility
