$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

About this Position:

Maintenance associate keeps equipment in good operating condition through effective preventative maintenance and equipment repairs. Effectively communicate technical issues with the equipment service and production teams and maintains equipment data and documentation daily.


Responsibilities include:

  • Preventative maintenance and reliability

  • Equipment improvement projects

  • Countermeasure activities

  • Equipment repairs

  • Production support

  • Safety

  • Training


Who we are seeking:


Required Experience:

Minimum 6 months of industrial maintenance experience

Working knowledge of hand and power tools.


Required Education:

Associates degree in relevant technical discipline or equivalent maintenance experience with High School Diploma / GED Equivalent


Other job specific skills:

  • Multi-craft technical skills: electrical, mechanical, automation, PLC logic, robotics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and general maintenance

  • Ability to read and understand various technical drawings, and blueprints

  • Ability to troubleshoot, identify the root cause, and repair equipment during emergency downtime

  • Ability to identify and implement improvement ideas to manufacturing equipment

  • Effective time management skills

  • Ability to communicate with Production, Engineering, and other Maintenance associates

  • Good computer skills


Additional Position Factors:

  • Workstyle: Onsite

  • Must be able to climb, bend to perform job

  • Must be able to lift (40lbs or more)

  • Must be able to operate PIT, man lifts

  • Overtime will be required (daily, weekends/ shutdowns), sometimes on short notice

  • Travel for training, supplier support, AHM sponsored events

  • Rotating shifts

  • Team environment
