Description of responsibilities:
This role will lead sourcing projects and related activities for Aftermarket Cross-BU Team.
Responsibilities for this position will include the following:
- Manages sourcing activities aimed at reducing cost, minimizing risk, and optimizing business processes.
- Identifies, plans, and implements continuous improvement opportunities within the supply chain as needed.
- Builds strong relationships with and fosters communication among key purchasing stakeholders across business units and functions.
- Drives total cost TCO reductions across the entire supply chain as needed
- Identifies opportunities and leads continuous improvement activities within key processes.
Key skills that are helpful for this position are purchasing/commercial experience, negotiation experience, knowledge and/or experience with supply contracts, and project management skills. Industry experience in sourcing related activities such as RFQ, loading pricing, creating PO's, project management. Has 1-3 years of experience.
