Position Summary: The Sourcing Manager for Corporate Services is responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to optimize costs, improve service levels, and drive value for our organization. The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supplier consolidation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sourcing strategies for corporate services, including but not limited to facilities management, IT services, professional services, and travel.

Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on criteria such as cost, quality, service, and diversity.

Negotiate contracts and agreements that deliver cost savings while maintaining or improving service levels.

Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide guidance on procurement best practices.

Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the sourcing of corporate services.

Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and best practices in procurement to identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to procurement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, with a focus on corporate services categories.

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Solid understanding of procurement best practices, market trends, and industry developments.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements through strategic sourcing initiatives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
