MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Agronomy, Engineering, Construction Science or related field; Business, Public Administration, Accounting or a related field. 2 years of experience with water sampling, including developing monitoring plans, collecting lake, river, and stream samples in the field, analyzing samples in a laboratory setting. Evaluating sample testing results. Experience with preparing and presenting reports to the general public, stakeholders and appointed or elected officials; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess a valid Texas Driver's License.
