Nesco Resource is currently seeking temporary Warehouse Associates to join our client's dynamic team as Sorters for our warehouse operations. As a Sorter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products by sorting cans that are held for inspection. This position is critical in maintaining our standards of excellence and ensuring that only top-quality products leave our facility.

Responsibilities:

  • Sorting Cans: Your primary responsibility will be to sort through cans that are flagged for inspection. This includes identifying cans that may not meet quality standards due to issues such as insufficient varnish application.
  • Quality Control: Inspect cans for defects or imperfections, such as irregular varnish coating, dents, or other anomalies that may impact product quality.
  • Communication: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to communicate any quality concerns or issues that arise during sorting.
  • Support Production: Assist in the efficient operation of the production line by ensuring that sorted cans are properly handled and prepared for reprocessing or disposal as needed.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • Steel toe footwear required
  • Ability to stand for entire shift
  • High attention to detail

Currently hiring for 3rd shift.
  • 8-hour shifts (Flexible hours within night shift, e.g., 7:00 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. or 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.)
  • Monday-Friday

Wage: $17.75
Duration: 1-2 Months
