A health services organization in Florida is looking to add an experienced professional to join their team as their new Solutions Engineer. In this role, the Solutions Engineer will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and developing technical solutions within the technology functions, including in hands-on analysis and design for various current and new initiatives while maintaining the existing systems.
Responsibilities:
The Solutions Engineer will:
- Continuously recommend solution standards and system configurations
- Analyze systems and requirements to provide optimal technical solutions
- Define systems requirements and specifications
- Provide design reviews, plan, develop, and resolve technical issues
- Drive the analysis, design, and development of a cohesive solution architecture roadmap and implementation plan
- Assist in technical presentations and info-sharing sessions to ensure a clear understanding of new systems
- Contribute to overall system design and architecture
- Create roadmap documents, architectural documents, process documents, standards documents, and governance documents
- Assist in documenting technical requirements for databases, applications, integration, and infrastructure
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in a technical environment and/or solutions implementation role, including experience with Network Infrastructure, VoIP, Computing, Virtualization, and Storage.
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- One related certification required (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, Storage, or Cloud)
- Proficiency with: Active Directory, Citrix, Imprivata, Intune, SCCM, and the Microsoft Stack
