Overview Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Solutions Architect V to join the software development team supporting the execution of a large size, multi-year contract to the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS-A) Army Military Payroll (AMP). Nakupuna Consulting is extending contingent offers for this effort in anticipation of contract award, which is expected in May of 2024. The Solutions Architect V will be responsible for the design and development strategy of the PeopleSoft Time & Labor module, serving as the subject matter expert for this functional area of the software. The Solutions Architect V will be a member of the Portfolio Operations team and will engage with upper-level management, Architect peers, and customer stakeholders, product owners, and functional subject matter experts. The Solutions Architect V will fit/gap customer requirements to PeopleSoft Time & Labor capability and transform design approach into working-level stories and tasks for development team consumption in a backlog. The Solutions Architect V will mentor and coach a group of PeopleSoft Time & Labor specialists working on multiple development teams. Provide best practice guidance for configuring and customizing PeopleSoft Time & Labor functionality. Create and enforce standards for configuring and customizing PeopleSoft Time & Labor functionality. Mentor team of Time & Labor specialists. Participate in Portfolio Operations team meetings and discussions. Design PeopleSoft Time & Labor solutions to meet customer requirements, user stories, and use cases. Assist customer with user story development and maintenance of a product backlog. Manage PeopleSoft Time & Labor configuration, customization, and use across multiple development teams. Qualifications Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and/or 5 or more years of experience within the federal government, DoD, Army, or IC preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience or 3 different project teams working with PeopleSoft Time & Labor module required. Skills/Qualifications: PeopleSoft PeopleTools and SQL knowledge required. Strong communication skills required. Certifications in PeopleSoft PeopleTools, and SAFe for Teams preferred. Clearance Requirements: This position requires a current Secret clearance. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Work Location: Work location will be in the D.C., Maryland, Virginia region. Physical Requirements: In addition to the skills and qualifications mentioned above, candidates must, at a minimum, be able to meet the following physical requirements.
