Solutions Architect - Federal Intelligence Programs - TS/SCI Full-Scope Poly required.
Location: Hybrid, but must be local to MD, DC, VA and willing to travel to customers (25%)
Citizenship: US Required
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with Full-Scope Poly REQUIRED
Education: BS in Computer Science or Engineering Work for a pioneering Privacy Enhancing Technology company protecting data use to enable secure search, sharing, and collaboration. Privacy-preserving solutions allow organizations to securely use third-party data assets without revealing the contents of the search itself or compromising the security/ownership of the underlying data.
Job description: Design, integrate and deploy our customers products and solutions in customer environments, lead customer engagements, and resolve technical support requests. The Solutions Architects also help follow a solution from cradle to grave with helping to shape capture responses. Advocate for various missions and help break down silos in government and commercial workspaces. You will sit between the customer and engineering, translating customer requirements into engineering tasks, breaking down technical jargon in order to mold and shape the delivery so that it answers the customers actual need and solves their problem. You will grow every day by learning pioneering technologies, gaining exposure to successful startup culture, and working with other high performers. Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and architect the details of delivery to customers, including:
o use-case architecture
o queries
o data schema
o documentation
o other requirements

• Engage with strategic partners to architect integrated product solutions and features.

• Lead and develop lightweight customer validation exercises to include deploying ZeroReveal using Ansible.

• Provide an authoritative voice to represent engineering thought process and domain expertise for delivery and sales motions
o Decompose customer requirements into necessary engineering tasks and work with engineering to plan tickets to implement meet those tasks.
o Be a customer advocate: drive customer feedback into support and engineering.
o Help transition products and features from Engineering to Sales
o Help field technical customer questions with the Sales team.

• Be a technical voice to customers and to the engineering team
Skills and Experience Required

• 5+ years' experience as a solutions architect, engineer, and/or devops engineer

• B.S. or higher degree in Computer Science or Engineering fields

• Willingness to travel - 25% of the time (Local travel in the Washington Metro area, CONUS, and OCONUS)

• 5+ years supporting federal captures in the Federal / Intelligence market

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A willingness to work on a highly collaborative team, think on your feet, and handle live customer calls.

• Desire and ability to learn new technical skills, quickly.

• Familiarity or experience with diverse technical topics including:
o Query languages
o Data storage technologies/ database design
o Cloud DevOps and Cloud services (for example: Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation; AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
o Designing system architecture
o Linux system administration
o Software languages such as Java and/or Python
o Machine learning
o Security architecture and Security-oriented software development (especially on Linux)
o ETL on distributed systems (Spark, Hadoop, etc.)
