We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Consulting Solar Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Analyst to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational performance of our portfolio of solar plants, ensuring that they operate at maximum efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our organization, contributing to the growth of renewable energy and making a significant impact on our sustainability efforts.

Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and analyze the performance of solar plants, identifying any areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency.
2. Conduct regular inspections of solar plants, ensuring that all equipment is functioning correctly and adhering to safety standards.
3. Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule and execute routine maintenance activities, minimizing downtime and ensuring the longevity of solar plant equipment.
4. Develop and implement comprehensive O&M strategies, utilizing data-driven insights to optimize the performance of solar plants.
5. Liaise with stakeholders, providing regular updates on the performance of solar plants and offering expert advice on O&M best practices.
6. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in the solar energy industry, incorporating new technologies and methodologies into our O&M strategies.
7. Assist in the preparation of performance reports, providing clear and accurate data on the operational efficiency of our solar plants.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the energy industry, with a strong focus on solar plant operations and maintenance.
2. Proven experience in monitoring and optimizing the performance of solar plants.
3. A deep understanding of O&M best practices and the ability to develop and implement effective O&M strategies.
4. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and use it to drive operational improvements.
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders and articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
6. A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the solar energy industry.
7. A degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering or Energy Management, would be highly beneficial.
