Job Number 663899BR Description:Lockheed Martin in Mitchel Field, NY is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Software Scrum Master to join our team supporting the Trident FBM Navigation Program. The candidate will: - Coach and help multiple cross domain teams embrace agile core values, principles, and practices.
- Work with Product owners (PO) to align teams with the product vision, goals, and objectives of the increment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and Ad-hoc sessions based on team needs.
- Assist the POs and teams in preparation for ART activities including Program Increment Planning and System Demos.
- Work with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and stakeholders to accurately report team progress, risks, successes, and failures.
- Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Investigate and perform software development activities in support of the software development lifecycle.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master for various cross functional teams - Ability to obtain a security clearance
Desired Skills:
- Experience with C, C or Java - Experience with Linux - Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle - Experience with DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery activities - Experience with Jira, Confluence, Scrum, and Kanban - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off The base range for this position in New York is $93,026.96 - $145,587.95.
