Recro seeks a detail-oriented Software Engineer Level 1 to develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems. This role involves working individually or in teams, debugging software, integrating systems, and developing algorithms to meet performance standards. Key Responsibilities: Analyze user requirements for software design
Debug and correct software defects
Design and code new features or modify existing software
Develop and integrate software into new systems
Write or review software documentation
Serve as team lead as appropriate Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 4+ years of relevant experience
1+ year of experience with core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, etc.
2+ years of IT application systems experience
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
