The developer will have the freedom to identify and select the development stack that will best meet specific integration and development requirements. The developer will work closely with stakeholders to develop a robust set of user stories, use cases, and requirements for each sprint. Utilizing an Agile approach, development of customized solutions will be undertaken, with identified functionality being completed in the appropriate sprints. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record of developing custom IT solutions and comfortable in the dynamic organization. Candidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to a project schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
