Description The DarkStar Group is seeking a Software Developer with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance (applicable to this customer) to join one of our top projects in Herndon, VA. Below is an overview of the project, as well as information on our company, our benefits, and our $25,000 referral program. THE PROGRAM The DarkStar Group is a member of 100% of the winning teams for the largest technology program in the Intel Community. We've been supporting this customer on many different sub-projects of this program since our founding in 2013. We've grown on this effort by providing the customer with Engineers who have done exceptional work, and we've retained our staff by paying very strong salaries, and working hard to ensure each Engineer is doing work that aligns with their career interest. THE PROJECT The Sponsor's engineering support services requires support to immediately transition, maintain, operate and continue the development of two key registration and compliance reporting analytic efforts. The Sponsor requires core developmental, data engineering and data analytic support in full stack development of a responsive web application with a cloud based, mixed Windows and Linux server and data back end. These resources will be expected to immediately continue development and delivery in support of a required/critical December milestone, and multiple active feature enhancement requirements. Work is executed in a team environment and may be performed independently or as part of a team based on assigned task. The Sponsor's team provides expert engineering solutions and support to the organization and community, focused on ease of use and streamlined process and execution flow. The currently operational tooling and infrastructure, requiring immediate support, already enables manual reporting, compliance and analytic processes, and is being enhanced to automate and reduce work currently placed on supported teams and customers. THE ROLE The Contractor shall work in an AWS cloud based Linux environment, Windows Server Database environment, Github, and RocketChat.
The Contractor shall use, deploy, configure, operate and troubleshoot in NIFI, REDIS, Zookeeper, and Microsoft SQL.
The Contractor shall use, deploy, configure, operate and troubleshoot in AWS EC2, Windows server OS, Linux Centos/Rocky/Alpine.
The Contractor shall use, deploy, configure, operate and troubleshoot in AWS ELB, KMS, RDS, S3, IAM.
The Contractor shall develop, troubleshoot and support applications with and using HTML, Javascript, Java, Python, Node.js, Swagger, JHipster, Chart.js, Angular, Vue, SQL, and Postgress.
The Contractor shall develop, deploy, operate and troubleshoot Databases, web services, APIs, Audit, Access Control, and Cloud Hosted Architecture.
The Contractor shall programmatically generate, export and re-consume data in Excel documents with specific format.
The Contractor shall use, integrate, and troubleshoot existing integration with Sponsor tools and applications.
The Contractor shall support meetings with the Sponsor PM and their customers to hear, help capture, validate and scope requirements.
The Contractor shall be able to immediately pick up development of and deliver Sponsors existing, in process application development effort.
The Contractor shall research and learn new skills and tools and apply that knowledge against program issues.
Required Skills Demonstrated experience with accreditation requirements, process, tool and stakeholders.

Demonstrated experience developing, deploying and maintaining full-stack applications.
Demonstrated experience working in and deploying AWS services and infrastructure;
Demonstrated experience working, coding and deploying in a Linux environment.
Demonstrated experience working, and deploying software in a Windows Server environment.
Demonstrated experience using GitHub and its features from the command line, and using RocketChat and VNC.
Demonstrated experience deploying and using NIFI, REDIS, Zookeeper, and Microsoft SQL.
Demonstrated experience deploying and using AWS EC2, Windows server, Linux, AWS ELB, KMS, RDS, S3, and IAM.
Demonstrated experience deploying and using HTML, Javascript, Java, Python, Node.js, Swagger, JHipster, Chart.js, Angular, Vue, SQL, and Postgress.
Demonstrated experience deploying and using databases, web services, APIs, Audit, Access Control, and Cloud Hosted Architecture.
Demonstrated experience using code to programmatically generate, export and re-consume data in Excel documents with specific formatting.
Demonstrated experience using good judgement in software design, ui design, API design, and database design.
Demonstrated experience effectively researching and learning new skills and tools, and apply that knowledge against program issues via tools like Google.
Desired Skills (Optional) Demonstrated experience using and integrating tools like: secure tokens, IdAM, Virtual Directory Engines (VDE), Active Directory, FidosX, Red Hat Enterprise Linux and CentOS as well as other Sponsor applications.
