Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Austin, Dallas, or Denver (On-site 3 days per week)
Duration: 12+ Months
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions, working across the full development and operational support lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and provide expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions, including but not limited to configuration, customization, workflow, triggers, process builders, Visualforce, and Apex coding.
- Develop Lightning Web Components and integrate them into existing Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate SOAP and RESTful Web Services as needed.
- Provide support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce design and development experience.
- Expertise in Salesforce Configuration & Administration, Workflow, Triggers, Process Builders, Visualforce, and Apex coding.
- Proficiency in Lightning Web Component development and integration.
- Understanding of Salesforce Communities is a plus.
- Experience integrating SOAP and RESTful Web Services.
- Knowledge of software design patterns.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work independently or in a group.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodology is preferred.
