CTI is seeking an experienced TS/SCI polygraph cleared Software Developer (CNO) to join our team in the Annapolis Junction area. The day-to-day:
As a CNO Developer you will join a team of developers working on various Unix, Windows, or Mobile capabilities. They will support the group's overall mission to design, develop, test, and maintain CNO capabilities. The qualifications (required):

• Must be a US Citizen

• Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph

• This position is open to multiple levels of years of experience; two (02) years within the last five (05) years must be directly related to the position applying:
o Level 03 requires a minimum eight (08) years of experience
o Level 02 requires a minimum six (06) years of experience
o Level 01 requires a minimum two (02) years of experience

• Experience programming in C/C or similar and Python

• In-depth understanding of network protocols

• In-depth understanding of OS internals

• Experience with IDA Pro, Ghidra, or similar binary analysis tool a plus

• Familiarity with modern software engineering concepts

• Knowledge of common CNO techniques
• Ability to gather requirements and design a solution with minimal oversight
