We are seeking for Full Stack Web Developers with Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery (CICD) pipeline experience for a Department of Defense (DoD) program at the Naval Base Point Mugu located near Camarillo, CA. Functional Description:
Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software or specialized utility programs
Analyze user needs and develop software solutions
Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency
May analyze and design databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team
May supervise computer programmers Qualifications:
3-10 years of experience performing the duties described in the functional description
3 years' experience with Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery (CICD) pipelines - an agile DevOps workflow focused on a frequent and reliable software delivery process that is iterative, and allows DevOps teams to write code, integrate it, run tests, deliver releases, and deploy changes to the software collaboratively and in real-time
3 years' experience with Java, JavaScript, Containers, and Micro-services architecture
3 years' experience with SQL
2 years' experience with HTML and CSS
2 years' experience with Git
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket or equivalent
Experience working with the Agile software development methodologies and collaborating between self-organizing cross-functional teams to deliver value faster, and with greater quality and predictability. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) preferred
Experience working as a Scrum team membe
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-verbal, non-verbal, written, and listening-for staff, customer, and organizational level communications, both formal and informal
Ability to work independently, self-starter
Working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite programs, MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Desired experience:
AMQP (RabbitMQ)
Java ORM such as Hibernate
Java with Spring or Java EE
Restful web services
SPA, ReactJS/Redux
WebSockets Education:
BS or BA degree in a Computer or Information Science field or a relevant technical discipline
ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An additional 6 years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree, or 4 additional years of work experience with a relevant Associate's Degree Clearance:
