Software Dev Engineer I

Summary:

The Client's Music Subscriptions Payments and Fraud Mitigation team is responsible for being innovative and building mechanisms to counter various types of fraud to reduce financial impact to Client's Music. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to build full stack solutions including; designing, implementation and testing. If you're passionate about launching end to end features which directly impact growth of business and working on Native and various full stack technologies this job would be a perfect fit for you.

Responsibilities:

Developing monitoring solutions

Troubleshooting/debugging and implementing the fix for internally developed code (Perl, C/C , JAVA)

Performing SQL queries

Improving our systems that gather metrics on our features

Updating, tracking and resolving technical challenges

Working alongside development on Client's Corporate and Divisional Software projects

Updating/enhancing our current software

Automation of support processes and documentation of our systems

Job Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is interested in a career in software development and is looking to utilize and expand their coding skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of software applications.

They must be detail oriented, have superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, are able to work independently and can maintain professionalism under pressure.

Preferred Coding Skills:

Python, Spark, Java, Database Basics , Typescript, NAWS (Lambda, SNS, SQS)

Other desired technical skills include Mason, Perl CGI, Oracle SQL, HTML, UNIX/LINUX.

A Computer Science or equivalent technical degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, competencies, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
