This is a great opportunity for an LCSW who has experience providing counseling and resources to assist patients in obtaining quality care. This rewarding position offers a chance to better address behavioral/physical health concerns of service members, family members, and retirees by increasing access to primary care/behavioral health services to the Active Duty and families and to take an active role in supporting our nation's military.


Position Highlights:

  • Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • No night, weekend, holiday, or on-call responsibilities
  • Outpatient setting

Position Requirements:

  • Any state LCSW license
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
  • Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited graduate school of social work
  • Graduate from a School of Social Work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
  • Must have at least three years of experience (in the last four years) working as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker evaluating and treating patients who have pain, psychological factors affecting their physical condition, or difficulty managing acute or chronic medical problems
  • Prior active duty experience OR experience working with military personnel and/or beneficiaries is preferred
  • Prior training or experience as a behavioral health provider integrated into a PCMH setting is preferred
