Job Summary Reporting to the Cardiac Rehabilitation Manager, the social worker s role is to help the Cardiac Rehabilitation Team, the participants, spouses, and significant others to integrate the educational/exercise component of heart disease with a support process that includes attention to the emotional/family/vocational/stress management components.
Minimum Qualifications- Education
- Experience
- Master of Social Work (MSW)
- Experience in counseling patients required
- Licensure and/or Certification
- LICSW preferred LCSW required
- BLS Healthcare provider required
- Skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Computer skills required.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
