Job Description

We are looking for an innovative, strategic, and driven Social Media Manager of Consumer Brand who will manage our monthly consumer social media content and campaigns. You will define and execute our consumer social media strategy, manage consumer campaigns, and build authentic relationships with consumers through community management. You will also manage our social media presence on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook to maintain and build our position as a relevant and trusted financial brand for everyday consumers who need a little help managing their finances.

You will build brand awareness, establish relevance, build trust and credibility and drive engagement through the development and distribution of compelling consumer social media content including: real member stories, financial literacy education, commentary on relevant news topics, information around Achieve's product solutions, edutainment, and the amplification of brand campaigns in our consumer social media channels.

You will mobilize our members and target consumers to authentically tell their stories. And you will find creative ways to insert the Achieve brand into the daily conversation about the financial challenges everyday Americans face.

To be successful in this role, you must have a passion for social media and a relentless thirst for telling a compelling Consumer brand story that drives engagement with consumers. You understand the value of a brand and are passionate about executing brand-building programs in social media. You are an expert in Consumer social media channels, and you are constantly learning about emerging platforms and best practices and how to employ them. You are strategic, creative, data-driven, and you love to experiment and iterate to find what works. You have a track record of delivering outstanding results in a way that garners respect from your team members.

What you'll do:

Execute monthly consumer social media strategies and campaigns to attract our target consumers, build an engaged community, and scale a consumer brand in social media

Manage consumer brand social media channels Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit

Develop monthly strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, relevance, trust, and engagement

Monitor social channels and engage in brand-related conversations on social media posts

Monitor, engage, and report on trending and topical conversations through social listening platform

Monitor monthly channel and campaign performance and deliver recommendations and testing opportunities in monthly reports to help improve month over month

Embed and work closely with Brand Strategy, Brand Creative, Paid Social, SEO, and Brand Editorial teams to develop integrated consumer brand campaigns.

Partner with Social Media Managers for Corporate, Growth & Distribution, Influencer Marketing, and Paid Social to align, share, and amplify content across channels.
