Role Requirement:
- Work in 24 7 Production Support environment
- Work with onshore / offshore model to attend handover calls
- Flexible to work in shifts if required
- Good Communication skills
- Leading the team
- Client co-ordination
- Experience in troubleshooting snaplex or performance related issues and provide fixes/workarounds
- Resolution of incidents created in the ticketing tool
- Snaplogic Monitoring and other Admin activities.
- Snaplogic Design Best practices, Error Handling
- User Service Requests such as re-running jobs, onboarding resource questions on process, ad-hoc report generation, ad-hoc run of reports, user administration (where applicable).
- Respond to Service Requests which are submitted through the ticketing tool.
- Perform maintenance required for SSL certificate renewals and SSO
- Perform recurring ticket analysis and provide solutions in order to avoid future incidents
- Creation of standard operating documents
Required Skills/Experiences:
- Experience with Snaplogic in Development and Support projects.
- Support experience in SnapLogic projects.
- 24 7 Production Support knowledge
- Experience in any ITSM tool.
