SMT Operators with 2 + years experience
2nd shift - Monday - Thursday
3:15 pm to 1:45 am
Weekend Shift
3:00 pm to 3:00 am (FRI/SAT/SUN)
Contract to Hire
Summary
Experienced SMT Operators with solid work histories needed for multiple contract to hire 2nd shift and weekend shift opportunities
DUTIES:
- Load and assist with setup and staging of product on the SMT lines.
- Perform setup and tear down on all feeders for all pick and place machines
- Assist the operator in setting up and running all pick and place machines
- Assist in building of electronic assemblies as needed
- Perform manual placement of SMT and PIH components
EXPERIENCE: - Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small print
- Ability to read and understand load plans
- Intermediate component identification skills
- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality results
- Ability to work in a high volume, high detail work environment
- Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to manipulate and work with small parts
Required Education: - High School Diploma or GED
- Preeemployment drug test and background check is required
