SMT Machine Operator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Operator to join our team. The SMT Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining SMT machinery to assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards.

Duties:
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Operate SMT equipment such as pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and stencil printers.
- Inspect and calibrate machinery to ensure quality production.
- Utilize calipers and other measuring tools for precision assembly.
- Perform soldering tasks to connect components accurately.
- Work with power tools, logic controllers, and hand tools for assembly processes.
- Fabricate parts and perform basic machining operations as needed.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in electrical assembly or related field.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and assembly drawings.
- Ability to use calipers for precise measurements.
- Experience with soldering techniques.
- Familiarity with power tools, logic controllers, and hand tools.
- Knowledge of fabricating components and basic machining operations.
