SMT Machine Operator

Move Forward with Volt. Volt has an immediate opening for a SMT Machine Operator for our client company located in beautiful Colorado Springs. As a SMT Machine Operator: Operate traditional fab equipment Operate tools to complete wafer processing Monitor process controls working with production and quality Inspect operation production results Use statistical process control and provide direct, hands-on support of manufacturing processes Review design documentation, materials and designs for manufacturability Provide pre and post manufacturing reviews and finalize process issues Drive to reach zero defects by continually improving processes Stencil design for complex circuit boards Other duties as assigned The ideal candidate will have: 2+ years of Semiconductor Machine Operator Experience Prior SMT experience highly desired Soldering experience highly desired Pay: $17.50 - $21.00 per hour Day shift: Mon-Fri 7:00am to 3:30pm Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration.
