SMM Operator

Controls or operates machinery or equipment to assist with manufacturing, packaging, and other steps along a production line. May be expected to handle heavy machinery. Able to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance on a routine basis Able to ascend/descend stairs. Able to enter confined space for internal inspection. Able to work in a high noise/high temperature environment. Able to use stairs and ladders to perform some tasks. Able to use hand tools for some operations and basic repairs Working Conditions Must be able to work 12 hour shifts, days and nights. Hazardous conditions involving the use of acids, caustics, other hazardous chemicals, and potential allergens.
