Currently, we're hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to work in a school in Surprise, Arizona. As a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist with SHC, you'll be supported by our Schools Center of Excellence, a dedicated team of recruiters and employment professionals that understand schools and your unique needs as an SLP.

Speech-Language Pathologist Contract Details:
- $56 - $57 per hour
- In-person only
- Contract: ASAP - 5/15/24
- 8 hours per day
- 40 hours per week
- Could be working with students who have difficulty swallowing, or students with communication disorders
- SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
- SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
- Will be expected to establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student

Requirements:
- Current Arizona Standard Speech-Language Pathologist Certification
- Current Arizona Department of Health Speech Language Pathologist License
- Valid driver's license
- Valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card
- College Diploma or Transcripts
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- American Hearing and Speech Association Clinical Certification of Competence preferred
- American Heart Association BLS
- School Experience is Preferred but not required
- ASHA Certification
